About Daniel Garcia
“Exceptional Properties – Exceptional Service – Extraordinary Results” aptly defines Daniel S. Garcia’s commitment and dedication to his clients. Daniel grew up in the City of Eagle Pass Texas. In 1997, he moved to San Marcos and attended Texas State University, and pursued his studies in International Business before finishing his degree in Operations Management from The University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, TX.In 1999, he pursued a job opportunity with the sales team of a Fortune 500 company. He quickly excelled with ground breaking sales and was then assigned to improve several large format territories in the Austin market. Daniel knew that the conventional ways of selling would continue to render high volume sales but knew that by implementing an innovative and more personal approach, would be the key in consistently maximizing profits for his clients. By fully understanding the needs of his clients and a keen eye for detail, Daniel applied his expertise and commitment in fulfilling his objectives and proved higher client returns for years to follow.
In 2004, he decided to make his move to the vibrant city of San Antonio to be closer to family. His goal became a reality and diligently focused his time on learning the Real Estate market. His drive, passion, dedication and loyalty are the characteristics that define his work ethic. Since 2006, Daniel has consistently been recognized as a Top Producer among his peers and Brokerage firms he has worked with. The San Antonio Board of Realtors has an estimated 15,000 active REALTORS®.
On his leisure time he enjoys his time with his family, cooking, tennis, the arts and anything outdoors.
